Christopher S. Aldridge is a partner at Brill & Meisel concentrating his practice in real estate transactions and cooperative and condominium law. He has over thirty (30) years’ experience in broad range of residential and commercial real estate matters and laws and has represented hundreds of clients in the purchase, sale and financing of all types of properties, including cooperatives, condominiums, single and multi-family houses and other types of real estate. He has drafted and negotiated store, office, retail and loft leases on behalf of both owners and tenants. His experience includes representation of boards of cooperative and condominium associations with general cooperate governance, mortgage refinancing, preparation and negotiation of contractor and architect agreements, shareholder and unit owner disputes.
